Recovery & Resurrection (registration closed)


This lent, engage in a deeper journey of recovery from socially accepted addictions. Through bimonthly groups, individual practices, and recorded meditations, you will be invited to explore your motivations and the wounds that drive you.

Material weaves together Twelve Steps, Ignatian reflections, Lectio Divina, guided prayerful imaginative exercises, body-based practices.

For those who have read, From Burned Out to Beloved: Soul Care for Wounded Healers, it similar yet new practices and material. Reading the book is recommended as a foundation to build on together.

What you receive:

  • 2 Soul Care Individual Sessions: 60 minute personalized soul care meetings (1 at the beginning, 1 at the end).

  • 6 Soul Care Group Sessions: 60 minute bimonthly; including breakout with same three people.

  • Weekly Emails: Reflection, Journal Prompts, Practice Invitations (poems, movement ideas, music, recorded meditations).

  • Email correspondence with the facilitator as needed

  • Ability to add individual sessions after course.

This is not a replacement for therapy but rather a tool to aid in your own journey of recovery.

Space limited to 12 people and preference given to previous Soul Care Group participants.
